Chester @ Lower Richland Football 9/16

Lower Richland has sent Cyclone Nation information concerning the game this Friday, 9/16.  It will be Lower Richland’s Homecoming game which will mean parking will be limited.  If you are going to the game, please arrive early.  The ticket booths will open at 6 PM.  Admission is $6/person. You can also go online to purchase

Readers Are Leaders

Members of the Chester Football team started their “Readers Are Leaders” literacy program.  From September through November, members will read to students at Chester Park (COLT).           

Military Appreciation Night

Last Friday night, the CHS JROTC honored our military during halftime of the Chester vs. Lancaster football.  We thank all of our military who attended.  Here are a few pictures of the ceremony.                      

Girls Tennis

The tennis match at Whitmire today, 9/12 has been cancelled due to weather.

Cross Country Practice Cancelled

Due the forecast of intense thunderstorms and lightening, cross country practice is cancelled today, 9/12. All runners will need to report at CMS tomorrow, 9/13 at 4:00 for the home meet.

Volleyball Reminder

Today’s volleyball match at York  Prep (9/12) will start at 6 PM.  Admission is $6/adult and $2/child.   Good luck Lady Cycs!

Chester High School Varsity Football beat Lancaster High School 24-21

Friday, September 9, 2016 7:30 PM Lancaster High School AWAY 21 Chester High School HOME 24 Game Recap This was a great battle between to good teams. Chester score with a field goal late in the game to take the lead 24-21. The Cyclone defense ended the game with Quay Hardin’s interception.
