Many of our athletic teams will start their summer workouts on Monday, June 5. Student-athletes should have been given a schedule of workouts. It is important for all athletes to be committed and dedicated this simmer. During the summer, student-athletes will get in condition, improve their skills, form bonds with others, improve their mental & physical toughness.
We do ask that student-athletes be hydrated before coming to practice. Eating properly and drinking plenty of water will enable the student-athlete to perform at their best each day!! Drinking water only at workouts will not hydrate them. They need to drink water all day prior to workouts.
